The Treasures Found in Books

Take a moment and think of your all-time, personal favorite novels.

These are the books that you turn page after page, read with anticipation, explore what's around the next corner and cheer the protagonist to the finish line. You know what I'm talking about... the books you cannot put down. These are the novels that makes you late for work or have you putting the kids to bed a half hour earlier and forgoing the gym.

We all have favorites, but think about this: what books have you read that impacted your life?

That one particular book, that if you saw at a rummage sale or on a bookshelf, emotions would be stirred.

For me, Black Boy, To Kill a Mockingbird, Where the Red Fern Grows and A Separate Peace are a few that come to mind.

What books have impacted you?
